[Loch-soilleir] Tourney by the Loch

Unto the Populace of Loch Soilleir, I send My
greetings!

I come before you with a heavy heart this day.

It has come to my attention that the Barony of the
Steppes has announced an event, althought off
calendar, that directly competes with Tourney by the
Loch.  It was Our hope that by scheduling Tourney at
this date so far in advance, that we would not have
major competition for attendance.  My concern is not
that it will significanty draw the people from the
Steppes/Elfsea area north away from our event, but
that it may be a significant draw from the people of
Emerald Keep south.

So My kind and gentle Populace, do you still wish to
hold Tourney by the Loch with this new issue.
