It's unfortunate that the Steppes has choosed to host an 
off-calendar event on your date.  However, as they are in 
a differing region, even if their event was ON-Calendar there's  
a potential that you'd still be facing a conflict as Steppes
could easily be considered far enough away from each other
and in different regions that the Kingdom Calendar officer 
would likely place them on the same date 
(hi Clara!).  

I'd figure Brad Leah would be the one's to be more upset, 
as though they are in the 'northern' region, Wichita Falls, Tx
(Brad Leah) is just over 2 hrs from Steppes, and they will 
seriously loose attendees.   

Where you guys hosting your event?  Maybe I'll hold a class 
at it - piercework?  Kingdom needs more insignia!! 

Oh, and when publicizing the event, don't forget our good 
neighbors over in Gleann Abhann that may consider it close 
enought to travel to.
