[Loch-soilleir] Charter painting, and a question

After much deliberation, I've decided to leave the
charter painting nights on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of
the month. 

However, if you would to paint charters or participate
in any other scribal activities, and are unable to
attend on Mondays, I am willing to add a Thursday or
Wednesday scribal night anytime upon request.
