[Loch-soilleir] Rattan for sale?

Greetings everyone,
   
  Does anyone have any rattan for sale?  If not, how do we Loch dwellers typically acquire weapon-grade rattan?  I need to make my first sword and would like to make a great sword as well.  Any other weapons I should make to train with?  Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.
