[Loch-soilleir] The Lyst at Castleton II - Sponsorships

For my own two cents, I thinks it works better if we can line up another 
barony to pick up the other field, then use the folks we have available 
to make the field even better.  It's easier to do one field right, and 
let another barony have some fun.  Just need to get another lined up 
asap so they can do their field justice.
