[Loch-soilleir] it's time for melee practice

The Multi-Regional Fighter Practice aka Round Robin.

This is a fighter practice that Gate's Edge, Raven's Fort, and Shadowlands
hold.  Generally we hold the practices in a park where no archery is
allowed.  However, this month we are holding the practice at Camwood the day
after our event.

Thus archers can come and participate in a Melee practice.  We will be
starting practice at 11 am.
