Populace meeting for tonight is not cancelled, however, please use your
own judgement to determine whether to drive this evening. From the
sources I have available it appears that most of the Loch's lands should
stay above freezing. Those travelling from further north or west have
an increased chance of encountering ice. Regardless of your location
and destination, please exercise extreme caution when driving this
evening.

Be safe,
Scott / Tristan
Seneschal

>From the Spaceflight Meteorology Group at Johnson Space Center:

The National Weather Service has issued an Ice Storm Warning for most of
southeast Texas, including Harris County, from 6 pm tonight until 9 am
Wednesday morning. Temperatures will remain above freezing today. No
ice problems are expected today in the JSC area or in southern Harris
County. Rain tonight will freeze on contact where temperatures drop to
or below freezing. It appears the JSC area will stay at or just above
freezing overnight. The main ice event should therefore be from the city
of Houston northward and westward.
