[Loch-Soilleir] Gothic War

Who is planning to go to Gothic War this year and have
you decided who's forces you intend to side with?

I will not be able to attend due to family
obligations.  It might be nice to for us to throw the
Loch's weight to one side or the other ahead of time
so it could be announced in the war of words.
