[Loch-soilleir] UH Fighter Practice tonight (8/28)

I won't be able to attend tonight - I'm stuck at work.  I just emailed
the Stargate marshall to see if he's free.

I don't know about the weather - I'm in a windowless room all day today,
but the radar doesn't look promising right now.
