[Hedwig]

Greetings unto the Serpentine populace does Hedwig send greetings.

You know that it "seems" like TBTL is really far off in October but in
actuality it is only about 5 weeks away.  So, lets all start thinking about
award recommendations for those of us that may need some recognition.  As,
the royal clerk I have been asked to remind the populace of each event
to send in award recs  so TRM can consider them all in a timely manner.

Consider this the official "poke" ...and remember...if you don't recommend
them then they can't be recognized!
