[Loch-soilleir] Tourney By the Loch

Good friends,
   Tourney By the Loch approaches.  In one month's time (October 12-14), we
will be selecting our baronial championships in the fields of A&S, Bardic,
Dance, Youth A&S, and Youth Rapier.  Our outgoing Dance Champion, Lady
Brylce, is donating some items to dance, however, we want all to know the
generosity and wealth of the Loch.  Please contact me off-list if you have
prizes to donate or are willing to be the prize coordinator.
   Also, we will need with sanitation-it's not a very hard job, or messy, we
just need extra hands.
   In addition, we will need of heralds for the field.  There will be a lot
happening and having several heralds will be of great help.
   We also still need gate volunteers.  Remember, we HAVE to have at least 2
people who are in no way related to each other and do not share a house on
gate AT ALL TIMES.  The Kingdom Exchequer, Mistress Saundra will most likely
be there and I do not her to have to shut down gate.  Please contact me
offline to see what times we need to fill.
   Furthermore, we will need marshals for rapier, chivalric, siege, and
combat archery.  Please remember that there will be siege, combat archery,
and possibly rbgs, so bring appropriate safety attire.
   Also, feast will be served buffet style, however, Their Majesties and
Their Excellencies will need servers.
