Greetings again.

I forgot to ask... Is there anyone out there who's an expert (or at least experienced) in refinishing hard wood floors that have been covered in carpet for years?  I've been doing research but I like asking real people questions.  (Especially when those real people probably won't be trying to sell me stuff.)
