Unto the Serpentine Populace do I HL Hedwig von Luneborg send warm
greetings.

 As we all know Lady Wissa has been summoned to the fatherland this spring.
She has done an outstanding job as our Knight Marshal.  We will be sad to
see her go but know she will return with great and wondrous stories to
tell.  Her successor, Lord Drake Dunnivan has served TE well as the most
resent past Loch Guardian.

Thank you Lord Drake for stepping into this position and for being willing
to serve the barony of Loch Soilleir.
