[Loch-soilleir] Needs for Coastal Invasion

We have agreed to co-sponsor Coastal Invasion.  This will be one of the last
chances to get war practice and perhaps even authorizations in before Gulf
War.

Coastal Invasion is February 20-22, 2009.  For more information, see

What they need from us is:
Chivalric Marshals
Rapier Marshals
Seige Marshals and Weapons
Waterbearers
A Royal Liason
Feast servers
People to help with Set-Up and Tear Down

Also, people need to pre-regerister feast and registration for ACCEPS would
be appreciated.  Feast is set at 100.

Lunch and breakfast will be provided.
