Congratulations to Centurion Madog who did the Barony proud at Gate's Edge
yesterday!

Madog competed in Bardic, entered a some of his fine brew in the A&S
competition, participated in thrown weapons, fought in both chivalric and
rapier lists, and shot archery, recording the fastest timer in the Seneca
Run at 2 minutes, 13 seconds (4 minutes is considered a good run).

Yes, our very own Madog of Glastonbury competed in ALL 6 of the
competitions.
Madog's spirit and enthusiasm did not wain through the day. He set up his
A&S display, then fought Chiv, then performed and threw weapons, at some
point he found time time to shoot archery, THEN fought 15 rapier fights
before finishing archery with the fastest time in the Seneca run.

Madog did well enough in all categories that he was named the Overall Faire
Champion! Vivat!
