[Loch-soilleir] Coastal Regional Officer Position - Open

Good People of the Loch,

I received a call from Mistress Radegund this evening and she is actively seeking a Coastal Regional Chronicler.  This position generally doesn't require a large time commitment.  Your primary duties would be to collect local newsletters from the Coastal Region and confirm that they contain certain required information.
