As an FYI to all in case you did not know, and a reminder for the rest.  (Thanks Tracy and Lady Gwen for jogging my memory on this!)

If you make a gift with the Kingdom's arms on it, it becomes regalia for the Crown of the Kingdom.  It belongs to the Kingdom not the persons sitting on the thrones with the crowns

If you make a gift with the personal arms of the King and Queen, it is something they can keep as a personal gift to them.
