[Loch-soilleir] iso Knight Marshal's report and info on Equestrian or Archery activities this month

These emails are fraudulent, and are the result of an exterior source using
a "duplicate" or "shadow" email address.  Basically, the email address "
loch-soilleir_vscribe at ansteorra.org" (and any other list-based email address
like that) doesn't actually exist. It's a forwarding address only - used to
redirect emails to the person in the office, but not something a person can
log into with a password. Some exterior source is duplicating that address
and using it to send messages to our list.

I realize that this is annoying spam, and I have sent these messages on to
higher ups to see what I can do about them.  So far, I've not heard anything
back.  Unfortunately I can't just block someone who is spamming the list,
since they're not actually coming from a person that I can see - nor are
they getting caught by the moderator flag that usually catches spam emails
sent by new people that join the list.

I'm working on it, but right now I don't have a solution. I apologize for
the spam that you've been getting, and I'll continue sending them forward to
people that know more than I do about how these lists work.
