If you are not going to Red Tape next weekend.  (hey Hedwig!) and you are interested in a nice little event that's not to far away and pretty cheap.
I recommend Small ball in the Small hall.  It's only 5.00 with a pot luck feast.   Lot's of Dancing!
They were not sure on Heavy fighting when I checked but, should be Rapier and more.   All on the site. 
Laid back enough that if you have a newcomer to take it would be ideal.
