[Loch-soilleir] No Loch Chivalric or Rapier practice tonight

Brian and I are cancelling tonight's rapier practice.  Sorry folks, I look forward to crossing blades with you next week.  Unfortunately, between Loch populace and folks recovering from Gulf Wars, attendance would have been very thin.

As you have (or now) see below the Loch chiv practice is also cancelled for tonight.
