There was a discussion of this book on the HNW list. a year or so ago.  My 
recollection is that it is a "how to" more than documentation. But, worth having 
if you do embroidery of the period.  (not in my collection since I lean to 
artifact type books)
You could either ask there or ask HL Alexandria Doyle.  She has interest in the 
area and is also on that list.
She's on FB.  Or I can forward your email if you would like.
Perronelle is also very knowledgeable about this type of book and may take the 
Houston list.
