The online calendar is correct: May 7th for the Loch / Roses event.

I was looking at the online Ansteorra calendar, and the Defenders of the Rose is listed as May 7.  Queen's Champion is May 21.  At populace, it was said that we are doing Roses at the end of May.
 
Which is correct?
