Dear Populace,
 
        I'm very sorry to have missed Lochtoberfest III, the last populace meeting and the planning meetings for Lochtoberfest.
I've been dealing with some important family concerns for the past 3 weeks that have kept me traveling in and out of town every weekend
and extremely preoccupied during the week.  It is with great sorrow that I announce the death of my beloved mother, Frances Ann Bush. 
 She died peacefully Saturday evening with her family surrounding her.  The funeral will be Tuesday afternoon at 2:00pm at the Garrison Funeral Home in Garrison, Texas.
