Greetings to the populace of the Loch and their Excellencies Cael and Rhiannon,
     
     My heartfelt apologies for missing populace last Tuesday!  Even with reminders on both my calendars I forgot
that this was the third Tuesday of the month.  I will see all of you at Lochtoberfest to make my apologies in person.
