Thanks!  No need for a power washer since our unit lacks a water source and I don't want to risk getting water into neighboring units.  As you mentioned, anything that requires water for cleaning will have to be taken home.

Not sure how much help I can be with lifting and sorting but I can make laundry runs and take things home to clean.  Would having a power washer at the storage unit be of any help?  I think that we still have one in the garage.  I'll ask if you want.
