[Loch-soilleir] Heraldic submissions ready at populace

Greetings all,
It looks like we will have 8 submissions this month.  Four have been paid.  If 
you have not paid for your submission you can do that at populace Tuesday 
night.  (next chance is April)

Since populace falls during Gulf Wars, I will not be doing submissions in 
March.  


If you take advantage of Heralds Point at Gulf Wars please make sure to check 
the final version of your submission.  It's the graphic that counts. The words 
will be made to match the Arms.  If you let me know that you have done a 
submission I will follow yours on OSCAR.

I have notified everyone of the current status of their submissions.  If you 
have not heard from me please email. I missed you.

Charter Painting meets on Mondays at my home.  We will be making banners for 
Coastal Grand Baronial on Monday the 25th. Contact me here or on FB if you would 
like to help.
