Alvin Community College is having a 6 weeks metal soldering bootcamp this summer.

It's a non-credit, short summer course, a 6- week class which is a soldering boot camp of sorts! It meets all day on Saturdays, June 15th through July 27th (with a break for the July 4th weekend). Fee is $185.00, which for 6 weeks is a bargain.  Teacher is Diane Falkenhagen, a professional jeweler and teacher at Alvin.   

I'm signed up, so you will know someone, if you decide to take the class.
