The Ladies at Charter Painting are purchasing portfolios to hold charters in

clear sleeves like a book.  This way we don't have to dig in the envelopes.
We 
are also purchasing some for ourselves.  We can take advatage of a .50
saving 
each, get free shipping and avoid the sales tax by ordering together. (link
