Hey lady. :-) Brian is making a beef stew but we do need one more dinner if you are interested in making something else. Also, thank you so much for being willing to take stuff for us! Let's talk this week about what need to go, what you can take, and what we can distribute elsewhere. You made my life a bazillion times less stressful! :-D

>> For those of you going to Gulf Wars please let Kite and I know if you are interested in being part of the food group. As usual we need people to volunteer to cook and clean but this year we are going to try something a little different. Everyone needs to volunteer for at least two (or three depending on how many people we have) cooking and/or cleaning shifts but, if you are willing to cook we would like to you choose what you will make. We are going with $4 per person per meal. So, if you want to make steak for everyone we will be delighted but, obviously, you will only be reimbursed in part. Alternatively, if you want to make ramen I will veto that. ☺ We are willing to purchase ingredients for your chosen meal or you may bring them yourself. We just need you to let us know what you need if we purchase them. Please let us know by this Sunday, February 23, if you would like to volunteer to cook so that we can post the meal schedule as

>> We will have 5 breakfasts and 6 dinners. Right now we have Ansteorra Chili Night on Wednesday night, Kite’s homemade spaghetti another night, and, I believe, a volunteer to make BBQ as well. So, we need two more dinner volunteers. Breakfasts are usually eggs and bacon, pancakes, etc. When you pay for the meals you will be a part of you are also contributing to fruit for breakfasts, lemonade, tea, and cocoa/cider. You will need to manage lunch on your own and bring any snacks you might want.
>> When you volunteer to cook or clean please be aware that everyone else is waiting on you. Plan and check your schedule and make sure that you can be there and set your alarms. If you volunteer and do not show up and I wind up doing you
