[Loch-soilleir] Charter Painting 5/19

Hello All! I will be hosting charter painting this evening, starting at 7PM
and we will be painting charters for the kingdom. I'll be turning in
completed charters this weekend at Steppes Warlord, and hopefully coming
back with a replenished supply.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend - no experience necessary or
supplies required. Please let me know if you're hoping to attend!
