from the Middle East! There will also be a populace vote A&S competition.

For Bardic: This competition will consist of two rounds. Their Excellencies

Persian Feast

This feast is inspired by the spices and foods encountered during the
feastocrat’s travels through the Mideast. Spices used in all the dishes
were acquired in the spice markets of Abu Dhabi-UAE, Nizwa & Muscat, Oman.

Melons, breads, dipping sauces

Arab Meat (anyone who’s been to the Mideast in the last decade has seen
this)
Blend of ground meats and vegetables, mixed with saffron and other spices,
pressed thin and grilled while basted with butter. Served with a yogurt
based dipping sauce.

Basmati rice

Chicken with onion

Coconut cream/basil/Arab-spice blend (mild sweet curry-like sauce)

Red spicy sauce (medium heat, blend of turmeric and similar curry-like
spices)

Sauces are vegetarian and served separate from the chicken.

Various Basbousa Cakes

In Service,
Elena Wyth
