   - Herald (Lord Alan) - Stuff is being processed & submitted
   - Chronicler (HL Bia) -Get newsletter submissions in by the 15
   - Hospitaler (Lady Constantia) - Several newcomers at Symposium; Trying
   to build the Student group at TAMUG; Please bring up demo/recruitment ideas
   - Webminister (HL Elena) - More pictures for the website and FAcebook
   page would be good; Submit content
   - Marshals
   - Armored (Sir Oliver) - Looking for Deputy Practice on Tuesday at
   Centennial Park at 7. Occasional Thursday practice - watch FB
   - Rapier (Don Diego) Tuesdays at Centennial Park in Pearland and
   Wednesdays at Walter Hall Park in League City. Both at 7. Come out & play!
   - Missile (Baroness Katya) Practice in Alvin at Christian Church; 1st &
   3rd Sat, 9a-11a May be looking for a new location No practice on 9/15 for
   Defender of the Fort
   - MoAS (Vacant - Please apply)
   - Armoring/Smithing Guild (Master Krag) - Gorget making on 9/30
   - Fiber Arts Guild (Baroness Hennessey) - Will start on 9/30
   - Glass (Duchess Ebergardis) - Will pick up in October
   - Lace Guild (Mistress Delphina) - 10/6, 11/3, 12/8 (other A&S welcome)
   - Fairmont Library in Pasadena
   - Stargate has scribal on the 1st & 3rd Sundays from 3-6p at Central
   Market
   - Bardic with Constanza - Every other Thursday starting 9/6 @ 7pm in
   Baytown

Need facility for November Populace (11/6)

   - Exchequer (Lady Kite) HOORAY NEW OFFICER! Thanks HL Maggie for her
   work. We made money at the Serpent’s Symposium!

Old Business
Serpent’s Symposium II: The Return (August 25) - It was great. Suggestions?
Please talk to B&B. We will be doing it again next year.
Shadowlands Demo - Loch sent Don Diego, Lady Sionnaid, and Master Brian to
fight rapier. Lady Sionnaid also brought some A&S to display. M’Lady
Kaitlyn also attended. HL Maggie organized the post-demo potluck.
Upcoming Baronial Events

   - Kingdom event bids
   - Bid put in for Kingdom A&S - I am following up w/ KSEN
   - Feel free to think of hosting a “kingdom symposium” (Fiber Arts,
   Bardic, etc)
   - Loch Yule in December
   - Have site. Need steward. Verifying date w/ Cateau

   OK; Pelican Circle. All Provincial Championships
   - September 21-23 - Rosenfeld’s Three Centurions in Hawkins, TX.
   Chivalry & Laurel Circles. Melees, A&S, & Bardic.
   - September 28-30 - Ffynnon Gath War of Ages in Seguin, TX. Arc d’Or &
   Centurion circles; Melees. Knighting of former Loch Champion & current
   Stargate Champion, Peter Makintyre.
