[Namron] Namron's July Populace meeting

Greetings from Namron,
    The first populace meeting in July will be held THURSDAY July 5th. We
moved the meeting back one day due to the holiday after discussion at
populace meeting tonight. Please pass this word along to anyone who may not
have been at the meeting that does not have e-mail access. The second
meeting of June and the second meeting of July have not changed and will
still be held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, June 19 and July 17.
