[Namron] Fwd: [NR] New Oklahoma Tax Law and Merchants

If the ban isn't lifted soon most of the merchants will be forced to 
reschedule and confirm other events, thereby not going to Protectorate.  We 
cannot wait till the last minute to make plans.  There are other places 
where we are welcome.
