      Deep in the darkness of boogeymanland lies a diabolical secret... the pavillions need repair! Aaaaaahhhh!
       
      The third Protectorate workday will be, as was announced in The Plume, Saturday, August 23rd.  We'll be spreading the pavillions out and doing whatever sewing needs to be done on them.  Also, there are a small number of list poles left to be painted, new list flags to be made and the new panels for the feast hall to be painted/sewn.
       
      The possibility of making this a Saturday night revel has been broached as well.  I've talked to lovely wife (shaddap!) and she agrees that having a revel is a great idea!  I'd like to know how much interest there is in this so that we can plan.  It'd be a great night of drinking, laughing, and making ugly faces at Wren's horses!  (If God cooperates and gives us rain between now and then, we can use the firepit!)
       
      The weather will likely not be as hot as last time and, if you get overheated, you can always bail to the air conditioned goodness that is my house!   Also, we need a large turnout here so that we can gang up on His Excellency to keep him from bending over and lifting things!  (Remember, an uninjured Baron is a happy Baron.  A happy Baron is a kind Baron.  A kind Baron doesn't make us eat lutefisk.)
       
      So please, make plans to join us.  Your help will be appreciated.
