receiving this notification please read the following:

W32/Klez.e at MM virus - Informational Alert

We would like to reassure everyone that First American has not been
infected; nor has First American sent any viruses.

The Klez virus is causing some serious confusion due to the fact that it
will forge the sender's email address. The forged address used by the
virus, is one that was found on the infected user's system. Thus, it may
appear that you have received this virus from one person, when it was
actually sent from a different user's system.

Any further questions regarding this virus should be directed to your
local IT Department.

Please reply to postmaster at firstam.com with any additional questions or
concerns.

Regards
