While we're on the subject, don't forget Project Gutenberg http://promo.net/pg/
They publish books online that are out of copyright. That usually means books
published before 1923. I've been reading Edgar Rice Burroughs' Barsoom books
off the site when I couldn't find them in any bookstores. They've got a ton
of authors on out there including Shakespeare, Poe, Dante, Sir Arthur Conan
Doyle, Lewis Carroll and lots more. It's a great way to find some of the lost
classics.
