Meraud and Tadhg's home. If your interested in a Name or designing a device

Alright guys, beaux, she who doesnt keep up with a bloody thing, has not
only a. let her membership lapse ( I know I know -bad beaux no biscuit) and
b. forgotten when the normal heraldry/name thingie is but she is also at a
point where she's ready to slather a device/badgish looking-thing all over
her stuff including the child... and guess who doesnt have one. Go team!
 
  I've got one in mind ( same one as always)  but its not registered or
anything. Question being twofold. A. Whens the next name/device thingie and
how can I find out what others have registered before I whip out my scissors
and get going??
