My husband LOVED the pork pies I brought home from
PIE-PALOOZA the other day.  He especially loves them
with Barbecue sauce (which is probably NOT period, but
try to tell that to the stomach that roars).

He would be so very happy if I obtained your recipe
and began making them for our family.
