  Woot... Well then I will do him proud. I just started a new batch of bing cherry melomel and filled and corked 16 bottles (ginger mead) and will be filling about 16 or more bottles (lemonmint mead tastes like mikes hard lemonade)  tomorrow :) woot protectorate here we come.

    Saturday Aug. 28th is the Roman rite feast day for Saint Augustine of Hippo, who happens to be the patron saint of Brewers due to the copious "life experiences" he had before going religious.  

    Toss back a cold one this weekend for good ol' Saint Auggie!
