ok news flash people- im only an ACTING officer! meaning i applied and no one else has, and applications are still being taken for Skarrgard hospitaler. thank you, come again.  and there will never be ANYTHING that will superceded my personal duties.  I have never changed for anyone, and a GAME, i repeat a GAME, is not gonna make it happen now.
