Um ok at he Marshalling class I was in attendance at the waivers are to be
sent in by 2 people if memory serves me correctly (and the medications hasnt
taken them and twisted them). The Knight Marshal was to send them to
regional KM and then Seneschal had to send them to someone. We went through
this with our KM before we were dissolved as a Group. I hope this helps.
