[Namron] help need with Medieval Fair set up

All those wishing to help with the set up of our area for Medieval Fair will need to meet at Fred the Shed between 5:30 and 6:00 to help with carting things to Reaves Park.  Hopefully we will start the set up at the park between 6:00 and 6:30 and go till dark.  We will be laying out the Arts & Science tent and the Hospitality tent. Putting out a crude area of the list field and hay bale seating.  Helping people to set up sun shades and small palvions.
