The day is nearly at hand.  We start the Grand Bru this Saturday, March 6.

The brewers scheduled are: Donnchadh (1503), Owen (wheat), and Gavin (Fat
Tire).  A person or two to help the brewers would also be appreciated.

We would also like to encourage a couple of other volunteers to help clean
bottles.  While most of the beers being taken to Argent will be in kegs,
bottles are also necessary for some beers, as well as meads and wines.

At this time, we'd also like to have everyone start saving beer and wine
bottles for us again.  Our supply has dwindled a bit, and we'd like to
replenish it.

A few reminders.

Brewers are requested to be at Barat's NO LATER THAN 10:00.  We expect an
extra brewer or two to be present, and if you're late, they'll take over
your batch at 10:00.

Please do not arrive earlier than 9:00 AM.  Barat will be ready to start NO
EARLIER THAN 9:00 AM.  And if you get there early and wake him up (this
includes phone calls), the BEST you can hope for is the door to be slammed
if your face.  The worst would be him slamming the door on your head.  Well,
that may not be the worst, but it's all I'm willing to think about!!

Unless otherwise planned, all ingrediants will be there when you start.  If
you want to brew something different than what is on the schedule, tough.
We've pretty well planned out what we are taking, and don't want to vary too
much from that.  If you have a request, let me know.  We can still fit in
some new beers due to some new kegs arriving.

Barat will be there teaching new brewers (of which we already have several)
and working with them on the processes.

If anyone would like to learn to brew beer, let me know.  We'll plan you in
and let you observe/help a time or two and then let you brew a batch.  This
is the perfect time to learn!!!
