[Namron] help need with Medieval Fair set up

I will be there tonight as soon as I can I get off at 5 have to go home and
pick up hubby and pavilion.  I will not be there Friday so someone else will
have to set it up and take it down Friday but I will be there first thing
Saturday morning and Sunday as well.  I pray you will have plenty of help
Friday and am really sorry I can not be there but with the accident taking
up an extra 3 days of my vacation I just do not have the time.

Since it looks like it may rain Saturday and Sunday a place out of the rain
is always welcome.  if you could bring it tonight we could place it to make

There should be room at Reaves Park to park for set up since they won't have
it blocked off yet for the fair.  We are on the corner  by the playground
equipment same place as last year.
