[Namron] 1st Wave of Care Packages

Hallo, All ye goode people!

Her Excellency and I wish to thank everyone for all
their generous donations to the Care Package project
in this, our first, month of the project.

Yesterday we packaged over 30+ care packages in 8
large boxes for shipment to our troops in Iraq! 
Huzzah!!!

Now, let's do all we can to double that amount for our
October shipment!  Get involved, get your friends
involved, your churches, your community groups, your
family.  If you can't purchase something from the
list, write a letter or send a picture or artwork or
craft that you've made from the heart. If nothing
else, organize a drop off location or arrange to pick
up donated items to bring to populace meetings or to
the Maysville library...or even volunteer to come pack
the care pacakages.  Any help is heartily appreciated.

Get out and tell folks what we are doing and why.  Let
them know that this is a non-partison offering of our
love and support to the men and women who serve in our
military.  You'll be surprised at the response you'll
get.  In just the Maysville area, where I live, we've
had participation from our library patrons, church
youth groups, student council, etc. 

Let's all do what we can to make our October shipment
full of Tricks and Treats!
