Thank you, grandaughter for passing on this sad news. I am sure our Guild was made better because of his life and stronger from his example. I dedicate my Service as Chirurgeon in Charge this coming weekend at Guardian of the Tor in his honor.

Dear Friends,

This morning at 4:18, one of our own fell asleep in 
the Lord after a long illness.

Baron Merfyn Gareth ap Mouric, MKA Dr. Lyle Peter, MD,
passed away.  He was the SCA's premier Chirurgeon
Ameritus.  He served Namron and the Northern as
Chrirurgeon for many years. 

At this time, funeral arrangements are being made.  It
appears that it *may* be this Friday.  Please contact
me (maleahladywait at yahoo.com) or Mistress Alix Tiberga 
of Aachen (ksullivan6 at cox.net)for further details.

May his memory be eternal.
