Championships XV

Labor Day weekend, September 2-5, 2005

Camp E-Ko-Wah, Marlow, OK

Join us for a full weekend of activities, including selecting our Baronial

champions for the following events: Chivalric and Rapier fighting;:

Archery, Knife, Axe, and Spear, Bardic, Artisan, Middle Eastern Dance,

Drumming, Newcomer Chivalric, and Newcomer Rapier

Other planned festivities include a Champions' Quest, Best Male Legs

contest, Sheep Roundup, Hafla, Siege Weapons Competition, Special

Archery competitions, Equestrian demo, and a Baronial History Display.

Merchants are welcome. Please contact our Merchant Coordinator, Don

Elric Dracwin, at dracwin at cox.net, for further information.

Site fee: Adults $9.00 17 and Under $8.00 Family Maximum $30.00

Non-member surcharge: $3.00

Cabins will sleep eight people

comfortably. We will work to

accomodate smaller groups but

prefer to make reservations for entire

cabins of eight. Please have a list of

those for whom you are reservation

space when you call. Cabin

reservations will be on a first-come,

first-served basis.

The Flaming Weasel Tavern will be serving breakfast and lunch on

Saturday and Sunday.

Lady Glynis will be preparing a

delicious feast for Saturday night

which will be limited to 100 persons.

Reservations must be prepaid

through ACCEPS.

Take your best route to State Hwy 29 which

runs east and west between Marlow and I-35.

>From the west, take Hwy 29 east 13.5 miles.

>From the east, take Hwy 29 west to

Hwy 76 North; from Hwy 76 North

continue west 7.2 miles. There

are signs for Camp E-Ko-

Wah here; turn south and

go 2 miles. Turn east and

go 1.7 miles to the dead

end and the camp

entrance.

Site opens at 4:00 pm on Friday and closes at noon on Monday. Minors

must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. They may also attend

with an adult of 21 years or older and a Minor Event Waiver form signed

by the parents and notarized. Space for tents will also be available, and

there are also several motels in the area. A list of motels is available for

those interested. No pets allowed. THIS IS A DRY SITE
