[Namron] pop list for Skorragardr

Does anyone know the status of the pop list for Skorragardr?  I have not included it with the Namron one as I was told that theirs was in the process of being updated.  I thought that perhaps we would want to publish it at the same time as the Baronial one for the convenience of both groups.

Also, I have not heard yet on whether I can distribute electronic copies of the pop list or not.  So if anyone knows the official scoop on this let me know.
