Typically, when the weather is bad, I check with the Seneschal or whichever
officer I can get ahold of.  All their contact info is online - so we can
contact them.  At least if I contact one of them, they can contact me back
if they hear about a change of plans.  I live *in* Norman and I thought the
roads were questionable.
